It's more detailed and better to look at because all the pieces are specialised and will probably not work with any other models. Lego encourages more creativity, and in that area is far better than Mega Blocks, and making your own shit is most of the fun anyway.

Both Lego and Megabloks make these tailored pieces - but Lego's are less frequent and more reusable.

THe LEGO Technic and BIONICLE stuff is the most specialised stuff. You can make new things, but they usually look fugly.

They're custom made. Yes they're real but you can't get them. Unless you want to pay a hefty price for a few decals and some custom helmets.

Thing is with Lego they ruled out they were never going to make "Violent" Products, That's why you don't see any "official" Lego Tanks. (If you do there all fan made)

lego make their own original products unless it's a movie theme approved by kids (jurassic park III, spider man, etc). why would kids care about halo or game-related themes? lego's biggest buyers are kids who aren't interested in games

are you kidding? i loved LEGO as a kid, still do, and i'm a big gamer. everyone else i know who's a big gamer loves LEGO as well.

however, the main demographic for LEGO doesn't really play Halo unless they have an older sibling
