Why not just use the in-game screenshot function? F1+F2. That'll get rid of the white block and get rid of everyone's suspicions of piracy.

because i'm pretty much going to laugh in the face of anyone who thinks i've been pirating minecraft for a year

Well that's beside the point. The piracy part was actually an afterthought after seeing frznbxy's post. Other than that though, not having a big white box in your screenshots would be pleasant.
Doomish, use Alt + PrintScreen in Zscreen when taking pictures for Minecraft. It gets rid of the white border and adds curves to make it look fancy.

Yeah, data is a dick that never updates his game or even his blog. He even hired someone specifically to update his blog but after like, 4 posts he stopped.
It's ridiculous. CC is what, 5 years in the making? The engine is still as unoptimized and unsupportive as ever(no multi-core support for an entirely CPU driven game? what the fuck), the physics still suck, and the game is still nowhere near completion.

Sort of. I wish it were still being updated but the creator has basically said he wants no more to do with it, especially with multiplayer, he's just doing it to please people nowadays. There's still a big community for it though.
