I started a new world recently, and the area that I started in is rather odd. It is right next to the ocean, and in the ocean are seven or eight pillars of smoothstone with bits of iron, coal and gravel. They are all perfect squares, about 10x10, topped with uneven dirt, and have 2-3 trees each. Some of them have large chunks missing towards their bottom, and some of the surrounding landmass also has large chunks missing, where the land just drops straight down into the ocean. Anyone know why this happened?
