I like Painterly, but I don't like how it disables the side grass when using the biome compatible grass.
Eldpack is awesome though, I'm currently using that.
Edit: I had an idea how to fix the side grass/biome issue, which would also fix the snowy effect only showing on grass, but I've not no idea how to explain it to Notch (it's simple enough really though, I'm just bad at explaining things in a short manner)
Then explain it in a long manner :v:

It's not exactly complicated to fix tbh...

Or something like Fallout, exploring the world, doing quests, killing mutant creepers...
I think you get it
I've seen better...

I absolutely loved the floating islands back then.

...ahh, the good times of my minecraft blog, minelife. It died pretty fast, despite being featured on Notch's blog.
It's right here, but you have to go back for the good stuff, like some Survival Alpha adventures. That was before crafting.

Oh, wow. That blog is what got me into Minecraft. I was pretty disappointed when it stopped.
I was introduced into Minecraft by my friend, I watched some youtube about it, and I bought it, I found and still find it so awesome.

Exactly!
You don't have to believe it, I have no proof. But I will tell what happened.
We were at our other friends house, and decided it would be cool to get our drink on. Couple hours later we were wandering the streets and found my house somehow. We snuck upstairs and before I left I was writing a post. My friend got on the computer while I lay on the bed. I guess that was when he posted that. Again I have no proof so believe if you want, I'm just telling you what happened.
All you had to do was say you had him over for a quick fuck but had to leave your PC unattended for a few minutes to get some more condoms
because he was actually a really dirty male prostitute
Oh god the OP!
Nevermind, no need to cause more drama.
I should create a proper capital medieval city on my server, my underwater city is hard to expand
Guys I can't install mods, deleting the meta inf folder gives me white\black screens and not deleting it just makes my minecraft crash, and no, it's not the mods clashing, I tried each one in separation, nothing works.

Thats weird. I don't think the meta-inf has anything to do with it.
No way that's possible, when I delete it, minecraft gives me whitescreens, not in any other case.
Well, i heard you could delete you bin folder, or just make it like this:
This happened to me too. Instead of deleting the entire META-Inf folder, I deleted all of the files in it except for one named "manifest", if you leave that one in there, it should work.
:google:
Nope, still nothing.
The Minecraftforums might help you faster.
But what kind of mod do you want to install?
Well they never helped me before so...
I posted a thread but I doubt they will answer me.
Took my first trip to the Nether last night. Ghasts are terrifying.
Took my first trip to the Nether last night. Ghasts are terrifying.
Ghasts ain't as bad as the sounds they do.
it's really easy to dodge a ghast attack until you get stuck somewhere.
Dodge? Better reflect them.
I miss indev.
Dodge? Better reflect them.
Well that works too but sometimes I feel it's pointless to reflect since they never get hit by them.

Indef is creative mode, isn't it?

creative is creative, indev is indev.
Indev was the first version of survival (in development),
and had limited worlds , and biomes such as hell, paradise, floating islands, and such to choose from when making a new world.
Infdev came after that , which had all the same, but with infinite worlds, and phased indev out, which is essentially what we are playing now.
