Mob collector looks very good, just make some long rivers leading to it, and you improved it quite a bit (quite a larger area for mobs to fall in, then, because now the only water they can fall into are the edges of the square)

It does its job very well, I made it to take care of the mobs during the night when I'm inside my base working. I also want to keep it simple, it looks so pretty.

the big screen shows OFFLINE, and the smaller ones show recorded sessions (it does record automatically)
Biggest cons are that you need a good internet connection, and if not that great, you have to play with a smaller screen (you can resize the window viewers see)

So, can someone tell me the basics of making a mob trap that you can collect shit from?
I know it has something to do with making a [highlight][b]HUGE-ASS[/b][/highlight] dark room with streams of water leading to a giant tube into my base.

God dammit I was working on an aquaduct during the night and about halfway a creeper spawned behind me and when I wanted to return for more stone it scared the fuck out of me then blew up and took a huge part of the aquaduct with him.
So now I'm stuck around 10 blocks high on a part of the aquaduct with no resources to reconnect to the other half and get away. :suicide:
