Any news on that texture pack a guy was making?
I believe he just had custom sand and all the other textures were just default textures x4
I just had an idea; what if there was an entire region below the current MC region that would be like the Nether but alot less hellish? It would have its own biomes, monsters, animals etc and could be accessed only via bedrock caves that would be found at the very bottom of the level. It would be completely under ground, no sunlight whatsoever. The region below that one would be the Nether, which could then only be accessed by the Nether gates.

Yes, but this could go with that. It would be an almost completely different region, the only similarities would be the rock, maybe the mushrooms and ores (New ores would be found down here too). It would have new everything else though.

That happened to me so many times, I stopped carrying lava buckets in my main inventory. The worst time, a large portion of my crafting room was lost to lava and I died, losing a diamond pick.

I found 7 iron on a new world. I haven't found any coal to cook it with yet.
