I know this has been a million times but how do I get rid of the white lines? I turned AA on to see if it would work but it just gave me lines, so I turned it back and they're still there.

if you turned it back it should be gone, are you sure you didnt accidentally hit cancel instead of apply or something?

Ghasts can appear in the real world around your portal but it's really rare.
