I've posted this about 3 times now, and I've decided to make a mod of this.

Ccurrently my idea for dynamite is to be a redstone-activated explosive that allows for the controlled demolition of a single block, which may be very useful for traps and directing currents.
If someone could point me in the direction of how to make mods for Minecraft, I'd be happy and grateful.

I've just found a mod coder pack, it should help me with it but if I can figure it out I might make it a throwable weapon, exploding on impact.
I have to go to bed now, I'll start working on it tomorrow.
i just want to let the better community know that the minecraft forum's mod team is mostly comprised of smug assholes who think laughing at people with legitimate complaints is a fun activity
