I think the main contributers to the amount of lava are that i have ReplaceWaterWithLava:true as well as LavaLevelMax:100

Just move your Minecraft.exe into a folder, they'll be created in there instead, problem sorted, as you can easily clear out the text files whenever you feel like it.

The game will take five minutes to build the terrain for a map, three minutes to save the chunks, you will spawn, see nothing but flowers, and then the game will freeze and the world will corrupt :saddowns:
