I don't think so, I think, if you drop a thing, a 5 minute timer starts, if the item isn't picked up within these 5 minutes, it will dissapear.

You do, but the problem is that seeds are being drawn by both the client and the server. Therefore you can only pick up the ones that are drawn by the server.

Hey, I bought this game today and I'm trying it. I've some questions about the game, can I regenerate life? Can I save items or if I die I lose everything? How do you build those huge houses, I mean, if you die, don't you respawn in the first respawn and you've to walk again all the way? Can you save your respawn point? Where do I find light, glasses, etc, so far I only found stone, wood and sand, also, it's boring to wait all the night buried in the terrain not being able to do anything...
