Are there any good sound replacements for the daytime/nighttime transitions? Something a bit more cheerful preferably. I had forgotten how creepy that sound is in SP.

Sometimes I find myself muting the game, just so it's less eerie.
Also that Viking pack's GUI that's in the process of being made goes really well with Eld's pack, in my opinion at least.
Has anyone thought of making a mod site similar to something like the Nexus websites ([url]http://newvegasnexus.com/)?[/url] I think it would be nice to have everything centralized, no?

Thanks. I was working on a pool until poor framerate flowed in
Friendly mob spawning used to require light and they could spawn anywhere, but now it requires light AND they can only spawn on grass. Notch changed it a while ago so they'd stop spawning everywhere in lit caves.

Inacio, why'd you disagree with this, i'm fairly certain it's true otherwise my tunnels and elevated platforms would be full of mobs.

But could one spawn on a block with a torch or sapling or reed on it? I'm trying to make it so animals quit spawning in my farm.
