Well, it seems like it might be some particle effect that may have mixed in with textures. I'm not exactly sure how this works, but you may just have to mess around with stuff and see if that fixes anything.
Also if you need any playtesting to be done I could do that.
I might actually try to get an unusual if it had this effect.
