I have loads of favorites, In HLOF when the zombie soldier throws the scientist through the window, or In Half Life 1, just after the shit blows up you go back to the tram bridge and the bridge falls wit the scientist on it "Gordon.. NOOO!!!!".
Or in HL2 EP2 the Gman scene, it was so unexpected. "Doctor freeeeeeeemmmaaaaan"
I also liked the part in EP2 when you go in the building with alyx and combines surround it.

Every Gman speech.
The whole fight though map D3_c17_13 (Head for the Horse!)
The part when you get the turret for the Airboat, and when your plowing though the combine in the next
second.
In Half Life 1, when you finally make it to the surface and the HECU is bombing the hell out of you.
