honestly i've got herbalism/alchemy and they both come useful in raids i think its pretty damn harsh to demand somebody to drop a proffesion especially one that is as annoying to level as mining

The only useful bought with marks today is PvP mount.

Marks are turning into 185 honor, pvp mounts are costing 50k each.
Well, This is going to be easy, Since 50k is usually Three hours of AV for me.
In otherwords, it's best to spend them if you got them now(at least for the mounts), because you're getting shit for them.

Not really... 700 marks(capped in every BG assuming WG marks are going away aswell) will only net you 129,500 honor, but who is honestly capped in every BG?

90 marks is only going to get you 16,650 at 185 a piece.

So basically the 90 marks it would normally take to get a war mount isn't even close to the amount needed to get one after trading them in...
I don't keep my marks for long. When I can turn them in For Great Honor, then I do. I never have more than 20 of one bg.

Meh, I'm sure they will do some sort of graphics update in Cataclysm (other than the water). WoW can't get too far behind.

I fucking hate self righteous healers.
if a DPS rolled on an MP5 item, they would be bitched and moaned at by the healers, yet healers can roll on non-mp5 caster items! yes they can use it, but surely the mp5 item would be better and you're not stealing items that caster dps can make better use of.
just lost the frozen bone spike dagger to a tree druid, I came 2nd in the roll.
if a healer rolled on an hit item, they would be bitched and moaned at by the DPSers, yet DPSers can roll on non-hit caster items! yes they can use it, but surely the hit item would be better and you're not stealing items that the healers can make better use of.
it's a very nice item for most caster classes, especially tree druids given the right situation

I see your point, but it just seems like a double standard - prolly cause I'm butthurt from loosing the item.
