i'd forgotten about the april fools jokes actually, the mount customisation one last year would've been nice if it wasn't a little OTT like exhausts on cats etc

would be nice to see some player choosable variations in the mounts aside from colour, along with armour...

I just got told by a ret pala doing 1.5k dps that his deathknight and his sisters deathknight could do more than me :saddowns:

Also grouping a lvl 80 druid who does less than 1.5k dps isn't exactly fun, but he's a friend so it's all good.

I do around 2.4k ish on bosses in UK. At level 71. :allears:

I did really shit dps until lately, below 3k even tho I had almost full tier 9. Then I pulled my shit somewhat together and now I usually do above 4k. With every buff I have just above 5k. Don't know if it's bad or good but it's certainly better.

I've done this several times to spoof patches. The launcher is nothing but a webpage, and webpages can be rerouted/intercepted.

Actually, after seeing it's not only comprised the embedded webpage, it also comprised the text under it, which -is- part of the application. Seems it's just a seperate launcher.exe that's not really a launcher.exe

If you see your self making good use of both trees and if you are in a raid guild or are generally raiding whenever you can, having 2 talent trees can come very handy.
But for Mages, Warlocks, Rogues and hunters, the only use you would have from a 2nd tree would be for PvE/PvP talents.

Suppose it'll come in handy for me then as a lock. Demonology for PvE but I don't know what to use for PvP, a lot has changed.

depending on your class, if you're a hybrid, paladin shaman warrior druid etc and you want to say, tank/heal in a dugeon and dps out side of it then yes, it's worth it. you don't need to buy it asap it will always be there. IMO save for flying, makes leveling so much easier

i would say don't learn it if you're a lock until you've got the cash kicking around
