Kiparis, in my opinion it's not worth buying the other SMGs to get it, but you should do it anyway if it's your first run through the guns.

Here's how I deal with them.

"ur a fag."

"I know I am."

That cuts about 90% of their arsenal right there, then they usually resort to:

"your mom" or "your mom is gay."

I personally love the second one more, because then I can use this:

"So is your dad. FYI, at the next family meeting your dad is going to have a special announcement. Try to act surprised."

That usually shuts them up since they can't think anything.

The only fixes so far have been the usual config_mp.cfg fuckery, disabling sound devices, and what I posted a while back about turning graphic settings up to almost full.
Unfortunately, like the rest of us, you'll just have to be patient for a patch.
