I made it to 20. Piece of advice, knife the crawlers so they don't explode. Also, buy perks first, then use the pack a punch on your guns last.

Ballistic Knife Pack-a-Punched = The Krause Refibulator, gives you 10 Knifes, no idea what it does to it Damage wise though.

It lets you revive teammates by shooting them. It also knifes a bit faster.
Doesn't do much more damage though.

in kino der toten its easy, just take the bottom left path, kill zombies, earn enough to open doors, go through until you reach the power then go back to the start, connect the teleporters, then teleport, you will be taken to the PaP room
