Anyone notice how [sp]every major antagonist in the last 3 Call of Duties either knocks you down or incapacitates you and one of your subordinates or teammates has to take them out? It even happens with Dragovich, although you actually do get to kill him in the end[/sp]

I could run MW2 maxed out just fine, there's no reason that it should have run [b]that[/b] bad on release, even on the lowest settings possible.

You all obviously have issues if you get so offended when one person says he never saw any problems and he suspects that its something with your rigs. An ATI HD5770 and a Tri-core processor at 2.33 can run this at max with no issues what so ever.
