I've been crashing non-stop nearly all day, so I thought I'd try something new;
I turned the CPU Priority up to HIGH for Black Ops, haven't crashed in like, an hour.
Not sure if someone else has posted this (most likely have after about 4 versions of this thread, but; turn up the CPU priority and it may help you - it helped me.
