Is Minecraft worth buying?
Yeah Everyone should own Garry's Mod no matter what.
Warhammer Online.
No. It's wow except with no PVE and slightly improved upon PVP (still shit) . Oh, and no economy.
Worth to get "Dawn of War 2"?
No. DOW1 is so much better. Or try the demo first.
About ArmA 2: Try the demo, if you like it you will probably (90%, yes I pulled that out of my ass but I'm just guessing) like the full game, as it is pretty similar. Definitely check out the editor. HOWEVER, the campaign sucks, so don't expect anything great from there. You can always rely on the community, or even yourself, to make good missions. As far as multiplayer goes, it's alright.
The Ship? Remember seeing it a long time ago and heard it was fun but do people still play it?
The Ship? Remember seeing it a long time ago and heard it was fun but do people still play it?
From my experience its a brilliant game, way better than people make it out to be, very tactical and fun. However, there are quite few servers up so finding people to play with other than bots may be hard, but I still play it occasionally and it's fine. Now mine, is Men of War worth buying while it's on sale?
The Sims 3?
Left 4 dead 2 for xbox? I know it's not out yet but I'm going to get it anyway and 3 of my friends are getting it for xbox and they want me to get it. Though I'd rather get it for pc none of my friends are getting it for pc
The Red Box? [editline]11:37AM[/editline] Hitman II? Could I run it on my netbook?
The Red Box?
Yep! It's free! http://www.fratelliproductions.webs.com/ (User was permabanned for this post ("Alt of FratelliProductions" - Spork-Juct))
X3: Reunion or Terran Conflict?
I might also add that TC is newer than Reunion and has more bug fixes and all (although they are still a bit buggy and have slightly unintuitive UI), it has more ships etc. However at that many mods for X3 only work on Reunion, but I wouldn't base my choice of that since they're starting to make them for TC now. Essentially they both use the same engine but aren't exactly the same in certain respects so there are compatibility problems. Both have different storylines too, if you were basing your choice off off sandbox, (the part the game is actually made for), go for Terran Conflict. If you want to play both storylines (which are crap by the way and are not the main attraction of the series by far), then you could go for the double pack. Oh and TC is still being updated periodically, whether Reunion is, I have no idea. I would get Terran Conflict.
Is Minecraft worth buying?
Yes.
The Sims 3?
If you like The Sims, you'll love the Sims 3. It has quite a bit less objects and whatnot, but it's a lot more fun than the Sims 2, in my opinion. There's much more to do.
The Sims 3?
It's like Sims 2 with better graphics and if you like repeating same things over and over again, Go ahead and buy it. I'm suggesting you to stay far away from it. EDIT: Oh, sorry, didn't notice I_Forgot's post...
The Sims 3?
Wait a while for the patches to smooth things out for it. I don't know about other people but I crash or my computer freezes after about 1/2 to an hour of playing. Buy the big Sims 2 pack with the expansions As far as the people that keep wondering what X3 to get.... Go for Terran Conflict and skip over Reunion, The only thing Reunion has that might want you to play it is the campaigns and those are half ass pieces of garbage. X3 Terran Conflict has bug fixes and a better interface with controls that are easier to use if you don't have a joystick and its also way easier to get into. Be warned X3 is not a game for you if get frustrated easily, chances are you will die a meaningless death and waste 5 hours of progress because of a mistake once or twice. Tons of micromanagement is involved when you get to making capital ship fleets. Like Selecting load outs and loading out 60 fighters for your carrier ship to carry. Its not something you can just jump into right away
Supreme Commander? Forged Alliance?
Going away for a week and taking my xbox, gonna pick up 2 games so which games are good to play for hours on end? (No multiplayer as no internet there) Got all the greats, Fallout 3, GTA IV, Saints Row 2 etc.
DoW2 this weekend? I was intending to get Point Lookout, Operation Anchorage and Mothership Zeta for Fallout 3 around this weekend (I have the other two) but seeing as the sale is on is it a good idea? Yes, I know Zeta isn't out until Monday.
Spore Galactic Adventures?
Metal Gear Solid Essential Collection?

As a descent and EVE player this should be bloody fun
Metal Gear Solid Essential Collection?
Yes dear god yes.
Supreme Commander? Forged Alliance?
I bought SC a few weeks ago for 10€, it was definitely worth it. I'll also get Forged alliance if i can find it. I already have 46 hours of gameplay and haven't even finished all the campaigns. Haven't played much multiplayer yet, but if you want to play multiplayer, you'd better get Forged Alliance as well, as there aren't many people playing vanilla Supcom anymore. As for the gameplay, it takes a while to get used to economy, different unit types and tech levels, i'd recommend playing at least 1 campaign before you go multiplayer, or you'll have no idea what you're doing. There's many different ways you can beat someone in this game (or lose the game ). The game's a lot of fun, but maybe you should try downloading the demo to see if you like it.
Metal Gear Solid Essential Collection?
where'd'ye seen that? i'd like to get me hands on tha'. although i already have the whole series original casing.
Postal 2, looks kick ass, but I don't know if all of it is hype or not. Even though killing Gary Coleman sounds fun.
Original metal gear solid for ps1? I got twin snakes on gamecube which is the remake, i love it. (Shitty cutscenes) , Someone told me i should play the original too and that its better. So is it worth buying if you've played twin snakes?
Which DLC to fallout 3 is worth buying? I just started downloading Mothership Zeta, and i'm going to buy another.
Should i buy FO3 for pc and then all the dlc or wait for the GOTY edition?
Wait for the GOTY edition imo.
