Wii is fun with friends but thing is only 1 of my friend has a Wii. It gets annoying to rent a controller or 2 when you wanna play a Wii game. Actually we all had Wiis. I had one and sold it, one of my friend sold his to another one of my friend which sold and and the last one, well his parents own the Wii while he has a PS3/360
Then they released a plethora of half-assed games marketed to retarded people, Tea Party members, soccer moms, eight-year-old girls, and the senile elderly.
Games marketed to people who stand up for what they believe?
Sounds like a good company.
I dont give a shit, i love my wii (its a lot of fun with friends) and i love my pc but i dont like the xbox 360 (a friend have it) it feels like a under-powered pc without so many exclusives as the ps3 and the wii (play left 4 dead on the 360, splitscreen, and look at the textures and the framerate)

LMFAO!!! *high fives*
I fucking love nintendo, and the wii along with nes/shit like that, but there are way too many ds out on the market
the DS was a great success i thought. it had touch screens and online multiplayer and had some pretty great games. but i do have to agree that there getting really annoying re-releasing the same damn DS over and over again
What exactly are you defying?
[editline]02:25PM[/editline]
Incidentally, by the same logic you could call this a success.
*silly people*
I clicked on the wrong spell correct option :v:
Yes, Wii Play was a success. It made Nintendo a pile of money. Was it a good game? Not at all. Did it introduce anything new? Nope. It did sell though, and that's a good thing for Nintendo because it means that they will have more money to develop their next game.

I never liked Nintendo and only ever enjoyed Pokemon Red or Blue, so I don't like it now. They've been making the same stuff for 30 years already get over it.
I don't like the way Nintendo has gone, but look who is making the most money. :eng101:

Everything you just typed out insulted almost all of my senses.
And only thing I like from nintendo is the ds, as for the guy who said spirit tracks sucks, I agree. That game was horseshit. Fucking slow piece of crap, got rid of it as soon as I could
That's them trying to be cool by being "SO RANDUM HURRR".
Seriously, i doubt they would want to be seen with a Nintendo DS and Pokemon loaded up on it.
I said pokemon red, as in gameboy color, everybody remembers color
quit being so jealous
you are an epic failure for using the phrase 'epic failure'.
time paradox!

OP: all Japanese Developers milk their franchises until they are shriveled and lifeless. Guess why almost all of them have been around since the 80s and 90s? They have established franchises and fanbases that will follow them like sheep (which at least the first page of this thread has shown), so they didn't need to waste time and money innovating their games anymore to make outrageous amounts of money. Nintendo is just bigger than all the other ones in Japan right now so you hear about them most.
Nintendo doesn't even make Pokemon.
What's wrong with Spirit Tracks? I thought it was an excellent Zelda game.
Eh did you play Phantom Hourglass? Spirit Tracks felt like a really well done modification of Phantom Hourglass. Also it just didn't have as much memorable characters. [sp]Besides Linebeck III[/sp]
It was good, but it just wasn't fun.
OP makes a few good points, seriously.
"Epic Failure" is not one of them, though.
You are Canadian.
I think that is all I have to say.
Seriously, you make so many rant threads that you are beginning to make it seems like Canada has some temper issue in it's people.
"crappy motion-sensitive"?
Come one guys, the wii is great.
I liked a few games on the Wii. Red Steel was pretty fun, and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles is pretty fun with your friends.

And Western developers don't do that? Count how many Sims expansions there are, and how many Halos, CODs, GTAs and every other big game series you can think of. Pretty big, eh? Almost all of them are made by WESTERN developers. Don't say that Japan is the only one who does it.

The problem is they keep making stuff that sells well to the mass market, but isn't new, interesting, or fun to nintendo fans.
95% of the wii's market is now just Casual gamers, and their unknowning purchases are what's funding shit like this.

Where is that chart about Nintendo and it's comparison to other company? I saw it in the LMAO thread somewhere
The Gamecube was a mess and so is the Wii.
