There's no catch because it's not like the site is buying in games and giving them away, you spend the points which go to another user who sends you the game, and it's their choice if they're offering their old games or buying them in cheap and selling them for cheaper 100 points. (E.g SWAT 4 Gold which tons of people are requesting, it's about £3.50 on Amazon, worth 100 points and 100 points is worth about £4.20)
