Suck when you see the bombers infront of ya moving away from you though.
As for sharp turns. Consider rolling down to gain speed and then turn. You still might stall but there are a couple planes that allow you to do that without any stall.
God i love the tb3. It never stalls. It still flies at 120km/h and often when you lose your wing it goes spinning down which takes forever. Plenty of time to bail.

Okay. Go to your IL2 game directory and you'll see a .exe called IL2 Game switcher or something. Run that and it's pretty self expanitory.

That's the kind of crap that ruins a lot of good games. Patching.
It usually goes like this:
-Game is released.
-Bugs are reported, v1.10 created
-Even more bugs are caused, v12 or v1.102(that happens)
-V1.02 has a crash problem, hotfix is released.
-Billions of other patches are released, causing a lot of servers and players with different versions.
-"The one big patch" is released, and as all the other, it's incompitable with other versions.
-"The one big patch" needs to be updated from v1.70, "The one big patch" is version 2.103, so you can't go from vanilla to 2.103...
-"The one big patch" has a shitty installer and won't work with all OS(partially vista and fully windows 7)
