Update on Tictac's computer:
His computer was thinking it had the this 6000 processor in it when it actually had a 3500 in it so it is seriously fucked right now. Trying to fix.

My monitor res is 1680x1050. I manually set IL-2's resolution to that so it'd look the best it could but the problem is, the height is correct but the width leaves like 3-4 inches of black space on either side which is really annoying when I want it [B][I][U][highlight]WIDESCREEN.[/highlight][/U][/I][/B]

I think you have to set EnableResize to 0
or was it saveaspect?
Whatever, if one of them's on 1 set it to 0.

Why does your car start when it isn't moving? Engines take in air on their own, they don't need to be force fed air. If exhaust is moving out, air comes in to replace it.
And yes, naturally it is hard to detect sarcasm in text. :)
I'm using Ubuntu right now because of the whole situation. This is very strange.

I suggest carrier battles, like try to sink the enemy ships and stuff.
Take off/landing required if possible.
I agree, when will the server be up? i haven't had proper good flying session in a week or so!
