that's not a bad setup sunshine. The stock is, not that.
That Celeron was horrible, had no speedsteping so it would rape my battery. Even with my T5600 now at 1.0Ghz (Speedstepped downed) it's still faster than my Celeron 520 M 1.6Ghz.
Well I plugged it in, only thing I can really do is shoot and look around...
Fiddle around with the HOTAS settings.
What's a good dive bombing plane?
P-47, P-38, B-29, Il-2, ALL good for dive bombing, and yes, B-29 is good for it for some odd reason.
P-47, P-38, B-29, Il-2, ALL good for dive bombing, and yes, B-29 is good for it for some odd reason.
I raped an enemy airbase in the b29 just a few hours ago, with dive and carpet bombing :)
I wish I could get this..but I have no money and my parents won't get it..
There's the Ju-87, SBD, and D3A1 I believe, but I prefer the Ju-87 since the dive siren sounds fucking awesome.
Ju-87, Ju-88, Pe-2, P-38, SBD, Me-410, D3A1, Ar-234. These are some of the planes that are really good in dive bombing. Basically you can use whatever plane that you can put a bomb on for dive bombing.
the only dive dive bomber that does dive bombing properly is the stuka. Just turn the airbrakes on and miss the target before you know it..It takes practice.
Assuming you can even get to the required altitude without getting shot down by much faster fighter aircraft.
Yeah, the Ju-87 is slow as fuck and can't turn for shit.
I need some help. I just got this game. How do I make everything look as best as it can? I turned all the graphics up but i've seen screenshots that look better. My game only loads missions under DirectX, is there a reason for that? And how do I turn AA, AF on? Specs aren't a problem: 3.0ghz Athlon 64 X2 5400+ Black edition 4gb Ram HD 4670 ATI

They probably got graphic mods somewhere. Observe.
Use catalyst and jack up the AA.
Or the nVIDIA control panel. Edit:
They probably got graphic mods somewhere. You have to set it for Global if you have it for Steam. This method also works with S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
So where and how do I use this mod?
What mod? AAA?
For AAA I need to know how to install that. I downloaded the graphics stuff.
For AAA, download all the parts into a folder. Then run the .exe and browse it to the correct installation folder.
These graphics mods are telling me to extract them into a mods folder, and there is non inside my Il2 '46 folder...
There's the Ju-87, SBD, and D3A1 I believe, but I prefer the Ju-87 since the dive siren sounds fucking awesome.
The D3A1 looks awesome, though.
Why does everyone use Direct X in the graphics options? Am I the only one that uses OpenGL?? Direct X looks shit on my computer and I can't have full detailed enviroment but with OpenGL I can and the water looks really good!

I get texture errors everywhere when running on Perfect mode, and I have a 4850. But I can run OpenGL on Excellent settings fine for some reason. also, Ju-87s auto-dive-recovery is awesome in case you black out during the dive.
These graphics mods are telling me to extract them into a mods folder, and there is non inside my Il2 '46 folder...
I think you got to create it.
I'll try.
Inb4giveyourbabies2me EDIT: Told you.
Give all of your babies to Jordguitar. <3 My HD is getting fixed. :D:D
Give all of your babies to Jordguitar. <3 My HD is getting fixed. :D:D
Lol And the creating a mods folder did nothing.
Get AAA and get on the servers. Edit: Also, I can not stress how epic the J2M is, especially the J2M5. Stage 3 super chargers and fiddling around with your mixture will get you to 11,000 metres in no time at all.
I got AAA, this wrapper thing and the mod loader But now IL-2 won't load
