Plus I don't really play IL2 that much anymore now that tier 3 has come in Battleground Europe so I can fly my 109G-6/U4 and 190A-4.
I'm really starting to like the biplanes in this. They're not the fastest and aren't exactly the best at diving, but are very nice for maneuverability and their armor seems decent. Plus, they look kickin' rad.
Did you know that almost all of the biplanes were made of wood and canvas? Excluding any cables/the engines/guns.
I-153 is the best bi-plane when you have the cannon version and rockets. I've taken out even jets with that thing!

Yes, it's pointless to fly without joystick. You can only flew a few crap planes if you only have keyboard, else you will just stall.
