That's as far as I got with my skills. Basically the idea is that as it scrolls, you could make it look like an ECG machine that starts healthy and then gets slower till it stops (flat lines), then once it loops round the 'heart' has started again. Text on here in the correct places could say something about boosters, pills, magic future implant to extend your life. They'd be some cheesey slogan as the heart beat died out saying like, "Don't let nature spoil your fun..." Then just before it peaks back up, it would say "Get Improxigen Life Boosters today!" then maybe put a mock of the product in the background somewhere.
Just an idea, it's 2:20am and I usually don't make sense this late so ignore me if needs be. That product name and company name were totally made up as I went so feel free to change that if you like the idea.
Edit: Does anyone know how to get the tool that rounds off your drawing? As you can see my ECG line is very jagged (drawn free hand). I know Flash had a setting on the default paintbrush but I can't see to find it in photoshop CS4. I probably would have been happier and continued if my ECG line looked neat and not untidy.
Just an idea. The product could be whatever you're using as health packs.

flash draws in vectors; photoshop by default draws in raster. what that means is that unless you use the pen tool or use the option to turn the drawing in to a vector, it will always be jagged.

also your idea is impractical for the most part because the idea can't really be achieved solely from vmts alone. it'd have to be a video recording and/or a ridiculously huge animated vtf. while that is fine and dandy, it's highly unnecessary. it'd be cool, though.
I figured if you just scrolled and looped the image (as an example) it would loop and look like an ECG? Obviously it would all be to the right hand side... I dunno, I'd have to see something similar in action.
edit: Pen tool? All I can make that do is make layer masks that I can then fill in to unvectorized shapes... I'm not very good with it. Is there a 'draw' mode that draws in vectors? I know plenty of other programs can but I was wondering if photoshop had such a draw tool?
