MMh. That's what i'm talking about.
On a serious note, this mod is looking pretty awesome, the detail on every 'ickle thing has impressed me!
One of the mods needs to help me with this; I've been trying to play this for a couple of days now, but i dont get how. I made the Galactopticon folder, and I clicked on that link and got this

I forgive you for the SVN stuff. However using IE is unacceptable unless you are over the age of 45.
Even my mom uses Firefox for Christ's sake.

when I clicked, 'help' it brought me to a website to dwonload this... so i did... now what?
rate dumb still
Get a program called Tortoise SVN, it is the clientsdie half of the equation. You went and downloaded the serverside one.
Make a new folder , then right click the folder after installing Tortoise, click checkout and then paste the link into the box that pops up.
It would help you a lot if you actually read the OP.

Stop saying that. I did, you said;
You can check it out by creating a folder named Galactopticon in your sourcemods dir and checking out from this SVN url: https://s-swires.org/svn/Galactopticon/mod/
U: galactanon
P: anon
I did all that. what I asked, was how to use the SVN, so yeah, your argument is invalid.
The program is asking me to reset my computer... ehh... maybe later...

Try this tutorial:

The tutorial is specifically aimed at using SVN for gmod addons, but you should be able to figure out how it works for source mods... (almost the same)
Digging the ammo counter, will the little "Identifiers" show up on dropped weapons and items too?
Also those walls look really bland in comparison to the characters, are they a WIP?
That looks awesome.

Nope! But they will be decorated with light fixtures and other objects, which should help.
The main char has nothing over his eyes. Scifi hud styling is irrelevent.
That hud looks pro.

John Solomon has a neat eye implant he stole from some big company
That HUD looks incredibly badass. Kind of fits with the style of the game well, so long as the pop-ups only come up on items and NPCs with the appropriate flag checked or something, that would be annoying as hell in a firefight.

I was thinking the flags would show up when you hover over an NPC in a non-combat segment only.
Here's a weapon selection mockup

That works too actually, and is probably a better idea :v:
Also weapon selection :dong:
weapon selection should include a silhouette of the gun
