Also, the mafia guys remind me for some reasons of a HL1 mod where Snarks were replaced by G-men. Laughs ensued. I think the mod should have midgets that are weaponized in such way.

I'd really enjoy some sort of bullet time effect every time you shoot someone in the head with the revolver. It can make me really savor the amount of gory violence and ragdoll physics.
