Piwis drop gear related to their color, try them. I'm assuming you're still around that level. Weapons don't seem to be a real big part of the game, with everyone having so many spells and all.
How do I get weapons in this game? I ran around grabbing professions in an attempt to jumble the resources into kamas. I still haven't found a single item besides the beginner stuff.
Make them or get lucky and find them.
I'm the Enutrof Rhiel, and only just now do I realize how similar that is to the main Enutrof in the series. Whoops. Anyone want to help me transfer some goodies to him?
I think I made Apple mad. [editline]27th January 2012[/editline] Well, I'm going to try an Enu. Maybe focusing on Earth, anyone have tips?
Yeah one tip: Don't go earth. I've got an earth enu and it's pretty weak. The passive support skill that turns prospecting into (what you think would be) raw damage does very very little extra damage. with 100 prospecting you'll get 20%(level 10 at the support skill) earth damage bonus. If you go fire you need to invest in the skill that find mines and the one that moves mines, if you go water you need the skill that increased the chance of getting a broke state on enemies so you can do more damage with that spell that does bonus damage on broke creatures. I'm not minding it at the moment. I use Earth for damage, with the first water spell to get an extra drop here and there.
Well, doing 24 damage in 1 turn at level 20 after first sacrificing your turn to turn into beast form against a gobball is pretty poor. And that's with earth gear. Beast form is useless in coop battles so you'll be down to piss poor 16 or so damage. When i did the gobball dungeon with my enu i was doing 6 damage per hit so i was just mucking around while a level 10 eniripsa did massive damage. It's humiliating. Worst thing of it all is that prospecting doesn't effect the team. If it did people would want you in their team.
Prospecting should have some kind of effect when in a team, I agree there. I dunno, maybe I'll give water a shot. I just know that, after looking at fire's spells, I don't want to go down that path. They're so situational.
fire and water a quite alike. I don't know if you can move around pouches, but you can move around mines (at higher levels you can move them pretty far), and once moved they turn gold (30% bonus if you use it). If you invest in the mine skill i am pretty sure you can change the playing field to your liking. Water depends more on luck on the other hand. If a pouch doesn't drop, or is in the wrong location, you can't get that damage bonus you rely on. edit: In theory earth build should be the best, but it needs rebalancing. prospecting gives damage, MP attack and defense % and more item drops. That's pretty pro. However, stealing mp is one of the least important support skills (stealing AP, initiative, dodge, lock etc is far more useful), prospecting should work for the whole group, and the damage bonus is too poor.
All I know for certain is that I enjoy playing an Air Sacrier.
There's a lack of every class other than Sram sadly. I have not seen many sacriers or pandawas, but they are kinda cool and important tank classes.
I feel bad for putting points into Extra-Vigrrrous right now, I've never reached 100 Angrrr. I know I will in higher levels, but I just don't get to that point now. Right now, I'm at level 18. 85 points in HP, aka all the points. 6 points in Motion Sickness. 7 points in Extra-Vigrrrous. I think Transposition might be more useful, or maybe Blood Pact with how often I group.
So I'm leveling an Iop and I've already gotten to level 6, but the trouble I'm having is I have no idea what I should be killing to level. I'm hanging out in Astrub at the moment picking off the mobs around there.

I might remake my Enu, in a bit. I'll need someone to hold his items though, would rather not regain the full Adventurer set.
you can put them in the market for the highest price that isn't taxed. Hope noone buys them. edit: Spectating random battle Wat
If I put them on the market, wouldn't they vanish when I delete him to remake?
Oh..probably. Could make a new account, but it's a little glitchy sometimes when you look for your other character in the world.
I'll wait for someone on Nox to be available for a quick swap.
Spectating random battle http://i.imgur.com/SpQSe.jpg Wat
Had that happen too. The pandawa flickers along with the giant pickaxe outside of the battle too. I think it might be something to do with their skill, the one where they summon the cauldron of beer or something.
Yeah [editline]28th January 2012[/editline] Wow i kill 2 warchiefs and get 2 gobball hats in a row.
wow fuck you you can sell those for about 80-100k each
wow fuck you you can sell those for about 80-100k each
Are they worth that much on Nox? I've seen one sit for 3 days in the market for 50k. 30k is the normal price on remington.
yeah they are
Wow. Well, if played on Nox i would've sold it to you for a reasonable price if you wanted it. I am actually wearing scaraleaf set because the hat was too hard to find and other sets didn't help my class enough.
I have a couple issues with this game. -Certain classes are just, behemoths. Osa's, Srams, and Sacriers namely. Other classes don't scale well at all. -No direction. Right off the tutorial, your casted into this world without a clue of what to do. The game says go to a nation, so you go to one but everything is entirely out of your league because the monsters group up. Game makes no effort to tell you what Ashtrub is. -Stats are crap. Why would I want to put points in the elements or dodge, eff that, stack Health. -Okay, so you hit level 20 and you've done a couple dungeons and you have a nice weapon, good decent skills, and probably a couple friends. Ummmm...what now? More dungeons, more grind, more crap. There's no reason, besides grinding, why I'm going to dungeon to dungeon to massacre everyone in there only to have the boss say: "Whoops I thought you were apart of the trouble clan, I'm sorry, can I have a hug."

This game is in beta and hardly finished. The other things you mentioned are fair complaints, but the game is not finished yet and the world is really quite small if you compare it with Dofus. Dofus started with Astrub area and then gradually grew bigger. Same thing most likely will happen with Wakfu. They made the world so there are limitless ways of expanding (take a boat to X island, take a plane to Y island, etc). What i don't like on top of what you said, is how they didn't explain why there are factions and how boring the map looks. This is the dofus map (not sure if it's missing some places: http://users2.ml.mindenkilapja.hu/users/dofus2/uploads/Dofus-map-mines-1.png Astrub is the place with the walls around it and the bridge to the right of it. About the same size as Astrub in Wakfu.
Where's Astrub in Wakfu? Also, that Dofus map looks far better than the Wakfu one(The one with the square center and 4 crescent moon nation islands).

There's no signs or dialogue to lead you there for some reason.
Every class seems to be utter shit compared to Sram and Sacrier. [editline]29th January 2012[/editline] I started playing yesterday and I have a level 16 Sacrier, I still feel like I have no idea what I'm doing but it's so much fun.
Is there a way to get all the skills? Is it from leveling the other skills or from just leveling? I got my fire skills early as Sram from using one of the skills a lot but i'm still unsure. And is there any benefits from joining a nation?
