I tried DXtory for an hour or so and I honestly prefer fraps. True: It doesn't rape your FPS like fraps does, but the smoothness and quality of the video is terrible, it's also a pain in the ass to set up. Apparently the 1 built in to MSI Afterburner is meant to be pretty good, so I'll be giving that a go.

How exactly you use the Regen pack of the juggernaut? Or it activates itself?

I've got 100% on raider, and I tend to use Safety Third, Egocentric, EMP Grenades, and Grenade Launcher, though I'll switch back and forth with the Buster.
