Did it get nerfed in the last patch or was that another one?

I finally have 40k and since i already bought spinfusor i planned on buying eagle pistol...but since 2nd soldier unlock went pretty much free with code, i'm just gonna buy thrust pack (agree) or bolt launcher (disagree)
