The only price reductions I see are the new weapons that costed 170000 XP now "only" cost 100000 XP. Anything else seems like it was too minor of a change for me to notice. (I also got no XP back).

The fucking cunts removed the damage upkeep on the Phase Rifle, it's now the most useless waste of XP in the whole game. Good job Hi-Rez. They claimed it was about being able to fire faster than intended in the patch notes, but what it's about is taking roughly 1,500 potential damage that you could do as a sniper away. And of course they didn't even reduce the damn price of the Phase Rifle so I essentially wasted all my XP on what is now the worst weapon you could possibly buy.

Of course I also spent all my XP on completely gimping out my Sentinel so I don't have any other class with reasonable upgrades to play with now. I had a bad feeling this'd happen in the patch.

I'm not being ungrateful, I just think their idea of "free" shouldn't stem around playing 100 matches just for one weapon, and another 20 matches just to upgrade the weapon

They could add in all the cosmetic crap they wanted, but as long as it doesn't modify gameplay and is purely cosmetic, I don't really care.

They could just put some skins in. After fixing the weapons.

Also, the fact that this game's in beta. We should get SOME gold to try out all the weapons and report what's good and bad about them and shit.

also class selection menu is kind of fuckedup, there is no preview anymore, and if as diamond sword you go in the -edit class- menu, it will show up a damn butcher instead of a sandraker

I don't think that's an easy balance to achieve.

Exactly. They should just unlock everything so we can iron out all the problems, and they can find the players' favorite weapon so they can charge 2x for it when the game comes out.

I finally unlocked the tech. Don't get me wrong, turrets and stuff are fun, but I just cant live without any kind of spinfusor or thumper, and the thumper still costs 100,000xp HHHNNNNGGGGGGGG
