The Spinfusor for the Infiltrator looks like it will be all sorts of badass.

I feel like I've been ripped off in terms of exp, it looks like I'll only have enough to buy back the classes I had, without consideration to the 10000 tokens I had saved :(

Tokens got converted into XP, I think. It was something like 6 XP per token, probably more.

What happened to my updates to Soldier? I only get enough XP to unlock the Spinfusor? What happens if I want to play default Soldier and not Ranger?

I think giving the Technician offensive secondaries (and in the process removing them from other classes) was a bad move. Especially with the Thumper now, the Technician is fine on the offense, and shouldn't be made any more so.
Also the original Soldier weapons should be made the default weapons. I don't want to see a fuckload of Rangers running about. There was already too many of them as it was. Hopefully the 2 extra free classes will help that a bit, though.
I used this opportunity to buy and upgrade a bunch of classes. Glad I did all that instead of just getting the spinfusor for the soldier lol why is it so overpriced.

I'm worried that they gimped the stealth pack, though. Other usable packs still have their 50% reduction in energy use, while the stealth pack gets either 12 or 18% total reduction. I don't know if the original 50% reduction is now the base value, or what.

Played a match, topped the board no problem at all. The spinfusor is awesome, as is the close combat perk. It is like the melee protection perk mixed in with the backstab.
Dueling doombringers and juggernauts has never been so fun. Also infiltrator can get 1000 health now.

They made the classes so affordable with XP but the equipment costs so much. 170K for the light assault rifle for the Pathfinder... Wut dah fook?
Looks like buying vip was a good idea. With all these new upgrades it looks like i'm going to need a lot of xp.

Yeah, although the stealth pack took a hit in terms of energy usage, the whole infiltrator class is far more aggressive than it was. You do not have to cower when a juggernaut rounds the corner anymore.

From my personal experience, I'd say go with the Arx Buster, but it depends. The Arx Buster is generally more precise and better at longer ranges, while the Grenade launcher is an ultra-spammy weapon that is exclusively useful indoors.

Bolt Launcher+Light Assault rifle+impact Nitrons+Thrust pact=Amazing.
The bolt launcher now does as much damage as the medium spinfusor, while the light spinfusor does as much as the bolt launcher used to do and it shoots faster. I love this change.
Defense seems to be better too, especially with the technician changes, making matches longer and more challenging.

I'd go for the arx in terms being able to use it anywhere.
Although I haven't bought it the phase rifle does seem shit; You get more mobility by not having to scope but you lose even more mobility by draining energy.
I'm really loving this new update.
I paid 30 bucks for this and they remove jumper? That was my favorite class! I went fast all the time!
