Sneak up on someone, put a few quick rounds into em and finish them with melee. It does like 175 damage per round for me while the SMG does like 75.

I was in a match where an enemy basically shut down any flag cap using this combination. On another note, just went and got a 11 kill streak with the inflitrator. Stick bombing heavies, followed by a backstab (1300), and getting the hell out of there, works wonders. I stress the getting the hell out of there part though. Luckily, the common reaction to getting backstabbed is to jump forward and turn around.

Started playing this game today, and my god, it's amazing. I've taken a liking to the solider class.

To activate the boost from the preorder, you need to go to your account on the Hi Rez site, click the games tab, and then click Activate Items under Tribes. : Ascend.

I really, really want to play this, but I don't have enough patience to deal with rolling back my nVidia drivers. Plus, the old drivers break video playback and recording, so I'll just have to wait until HR fixes it.

My new favorite tactic in this game is to rush the enemies generator room, then turtle fort the shit out of it. You get so many kills from people just dashing in to try and fight.

I have a feeling they're going to put it on steam when it launches or shortly after. Some devs do this for some reason.
