Project Reality - I'm the only one. - Games

The only real problem I notice is that lasing with a UAV will crash the server. Though there was an issue on Gaza now that I think about it.

I have better performance because of this update.

I have even worse performance because of this update. 10 minute loading screens, followed by 5 minutes of walking around while the game stutters, followed by getting kicked by Punkbuster. Fuck this shit.

rendering 25 minutes of Canadian gameplay on Kokan in 1080p :v: it was originally 1 hour long but after the first 25 minutes the rest is kinda just us running around searching through empty towns for the cache until it ends [editline]16th July 2011[/editline] approx. time is 1 hour 45 minutes and it's going up, good thing i'm about to go to sleep

Installing BF2 then installing this. It looks fun.

Damn it. Every PR update makes me want to install it again. Shame the time it takes to install the game + mod equals to that of me going to the store, buying WoW + Expansions, installing them, patching them, going to sleep, waking up and then starting the game. Edit: And not to mention that punkbuster always fucks me over.

It takes you that long to install? Takes me 30 minutes tops...Something's not right on your end. Also, I never and have never had problems with Punkbuster and I've had multiple routers / modems over the years, the one I have now is wireless, still no problems.

BF2 is the biggest motherfucker when it comes to installing/updating. Skip it all foreverafter for $15.

New pc with i7 920 it still takes ages. Perhaps it is 30 minutes total installation, but that doesn't include spending hours downloading huge patches. im getting "invalid CD KEY" for both bf2 and PR recently. i know the CD key is right, anybody know how to fix?

If you have the MeRkPR retro mappack, uninstall it using "uninstal.exe" in mods\pr\levels. It'll give you PB kicks if you don't (We think) Also, they fixed the crashes with ATi x1--- series cards with the Namer APC but Shija Valley now does the same, possibly because of the IVECO LMV

PB will kick you if you have the MERK pack installed, it even kicked me with a message pointing to one of the maps the pack installs

Yeah, it seems that the update shagged it. I'm not sure if anyone's going to bother fixing it because the Retro server had virtually no traffic.
