There is some scattered around in various locations, but there is a finite amount in the wasteland.

Occasionally there'll be an explosion in the air. When that happens you may find some alien power cells on the ground in the area where the explosion occurred. You might also find a unique alien blaster called the Firelance. I think the higher your luck is, the more likely the explosions will happen. For me they usually happen around radio towers and satellite arrays.
I might have the Firelance. Is it the Pistol? I can't tell because I have a weapons mod installed, and an undesired side-effect was turning all my weapon names French.

Honestly the chinese stealth suit kinda spoiled everything in the DLCs for me. I got O:A first and got the suit, and have used it in every DLC because it makes it so much more hassle free. But I also skip over a lot of parts and just walk around. I mean it's fun, but it doesn't seem like how the devs would want you to play it. OR I'm wrong. Meh

Operation Anchorage sort of breaks the game in general. There is something wrong about going in at level 3 and coming out at level 7 with power armor training, an indestructible suit of T-51B power armor, and a stealth suit.
Yeah I wished they hadn't made it a skinned to be snowy T51b armor. Maybe something else more awesome looking. I really felt like all the effort to the "Super rare best armor in the game" original T51b wasn't worth it at all :/
What I hate most about it is that it never takes damage and has no drawbacks. Therefore, there is no reason to use any other armor in the game. The fact that you can get it towards the beginning just makes things worse.
I have it, but don't use it. I prefer attractive armors, that suit my handsome rouge character. :smug:

My biggest tick is with the head though
Also OP should edit that you get criticals when you are sneaking successfully

One mod I installed, I think it was FOOK, had the side effect of removing the head from the suit, and it looks far better that way.
