Turns out I didn't miss [i]all[/i] of the unique weapons, I did get one of them. I picked up the Atomic Pulverizer when I was playing through Mothership Zeta. It's a bit meh, but it's better than no unique weapons I suppose.

Click on the door to see it's form ID.
In the .esm and .esp load menu. It tells you what it is if you use FOMM and copy the DLC's stuff over. When you do that, open up FOMM and activate the MZ .esm and find out your FormID. And copying the DLCs over to your Data folder won't kill the game, will allow for mods for those DLCs to be run, and allows for offline play. And all FOMM is really is a load order program, and something to bypass the normal start up thing (the settings, technical support screen) which allows for the game to be run WITHOUT the SecuROM checks, and allows FOSE to be used with mods.

The way the doors work, for the unenlightened:
They're sort of a trigger that brings you to another place entirely (there's nothing beyond the doors, when you open them it puts you in another area that is its own thing). The only way to get there minus the PRID function Omo gave us is to COC it (like COC Megaton01 brings you to cell Megaton01, only you'd COC DLC05Hangar to get to the Hangar), which might not work in the first place, so we're fucked until we use Omo's workaround or someone [b]fixes[/b] the damn thing.

On another note, I'm working on making the uniques more unique (Electro-Supressor with a higher crit chance but slightly less damage so you knock down enemies more often but kill them about as fast, Ex-B having more damage and possibly falldown, Atomic Pulverizer's projectile moving faster and doing more damage, etc.), so you'll have a reason to use them over Lincoln's Repeater (Robbaz, I'm looking at you) and The Terrible Shotgun.

Someone started one a few weeks ago that'll be part of a bigger project but they made a unique mesh for TTS that just looks shinier and uses a 5.56 mag instead of drum (:v:)
If you want to make uniques look different and you've already got models, load up the GECK, choose the unique, go to the Art and Sound tab and change the 1st person and World models, hard part is getting a .nif model
