I keep having this problem in Vista, whenever I listen to GNR on my pip-boy it sounds horrible, poping and crackling so much that I cant hear the music. The news plays fine though. I tried all the fixes I could find, does anybody here have any Ideas?

In the arena fight. One of the fighters drops a silenced, scoped assault rifle called the Infiltrator. Alternatively, you could break your back getting 90 steel ingots for its unique counterpart, the Perforator.
