I found out what I was supposed to do.
Point Lookout is AMAZING!
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm Maybe I should get back into Fallout 3.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm Maybe I should get back into Fallout 3.
you should because i just did. having fun so far.
Got the Real Time Settler mod. It's pretty fun, especially now that I'm level 20 and have too many guns to waste. The Raider assaults are ridiculous, though. They'll kill off anything I have set up to defend, even if I have two soldiers with rocket launchers, three turrets and a minefield. I'll hold them off and win, but they'll still manage to destroy at least half of my barricades. I wish I could put all of those spare metal plates, pillars and stairs to use. Also, I downloaded the version off of Nexus, but I'm not sure if it's the right one. The one on Nexus is the latest, right?
I got the settler mod too and the mod refuses to give me the items needed to build anything, it acts like it isn't activated. Help?
We need to get the FO3 subform back up, look how populated this is becoming. I reinstalled FO3 the day after Zeta came out and played them all again. That villainous part in Zeta felt so badass. Players know what I'm talking about.

I don't think Garry would do that. But it won't hurt to ask.
I have a slight stash going on.

I know it's still up but it's not that active since alot of people don't wanna take the time to hunt it down. BTW just wanna suggest a mod here http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1712 Not mine and I take no credit for it but It's damn good. I was playing it earlier and it's fun and the new house is awesomesauce.

I mean, you get a quest where you have to plant a beacon on a native camp, which would make a missile hit that camp. If you plant the beacon and the camp blows up, you loose karma. If you decide to instead help the natives and disarm that beacon, you loose karma. When you go to the guy that gave you the quest to get your reward, you loose karma. It seems like there's no way to complete that quest without loosing karma.

Why do i have a disagree? I never stated an opinion. [editline]09:51AM[/editline] Broked meh auto merge. [editline]09:51AM[/editline]
Is that the Ironman Villain suit?
Maybe one of the comic book ones.
Is that the Ironman Villain suit?
No I think it's an armor from UTIII.
You know, I've noticed my playing style has gradually gotten darker in this game, sort of a natural progression for some reason. I started out loving the Brotherhood of Steel, but now I've become an unofficial member of the Enclave, striving to cure the Wasteland of the taint of mutation. The thing that pushed me over the edge was the massacre at Tenpenny Tower. I was like many once, I did all the goody-two-shoes quests; Saved Megaton, Tried the non-violent approach whenever possible, so it came as no surprise that I tried the peaceful coexistence thing for Tenpenny Tower. Everything went well, until I returned to find all the humans gone, curious as to why, Roy Phillips explained that they were bigots and bullies, and he had them all killed and dumped into the basement. So what did I do? I killed every single living thing in Tenpenny Tower. Every, single, thing. Herbert Daring Dashwood deserved better then to die at the hands of some bigoted Mutant. You know, I think I should post my travels in this thread, what do you guys think? The progression from optimistic Wasteland Savior to cold, heartless murderer could be a good story.

Like it so far... But the tenpenny thing is bugging me now. I'm going to look on the fallout wiki if there's a way to bring them together in peace :s *hope*

In other words, when push comes to shove, the ghouls are the true bigots and deserve no mercy. But also, Good is subjective. In the Capital Wasteland, good and evil are decided by the man with the bigger gun and wearing the power armor. You can say what the Enclave is doing is good, much like what Roy Phillips did could be called good.
Note that (with some controversy over this issue - see Discussion), there is NO confirmed method to stop the humans in Tenpenny Tower from eventually dying if you choose this "diplomacy" method, or indeed any method that results in you receiving the Ghoul Mask.
Hellnaaw :( Edit: Broke my auto merge :s Eedit2: Good is helping people with their lives and.. ah well yes. It's always subjective ^^ I don't steal and I don't kill people that did nothing wrong

Besides, Tenpenny asks you kill all the Ghouls first, so the Ghouls are just defending themselves by killing the people at the Tenpenny tower.
Then why do they kill everyone, including a person who LIKES ghouls (Dashwood) after you remove everyone who is heavily bigoted?
ferals don't pick sides well besides other ghouls
I just went and killed both sides. (And looted all the stores)
Then why do they kill everyone, including a person who LIKES ghouls (Dashwood) after you remove everyone who is heavily bigoted?
Bethesda softworks are lazy, infact in Broken Steel if you poison the water if an NPC drinks the water it debuffs and eventually kills you
Then why do they kill everyone, including a person who LIKES ghouls (Dashwood) after you remove everyone who is heavily bigoted?
Maybe he just got caught in the crossfire? Besides, why did he even want to live in Tenpenny tower, the home of ghoul haters if he likes ghouls himself?
Maybe he just got caught in the crossfire? Besides, why did he even want to live in Tenpenny tower, the home of ghoul haters if he likes ghouls himself?
Closest thing to safe in the Wastelands you can get.
Closest thing to safe in the Wastelands you can get.
What about Rivet City?
Maybe he just got caught in the crossfire? Besides, why did he even want to live in Tenpenny tower, the home of ghoul haters if he likes ghouls himself?
Because the alternative is living in some hellhole in the wastes.
