Is their any mods that make the Dart Gun cripple the enemies whole body? Or if not that, cripple more parts every shot?
Example:
1st shot = legs
2nd shot = arms
3rd shot = chest+head

People have been dreaming about that since Oblivion, there was an Oblivion multiplayer mod but it didn't get too far.

Watch out! The extra locker in the Vault theme will delete all of the items in that locker when you change a theme!
So before you change themes, move it to another locker.

Thanks for the warning. I don't have the vault theme (I don't have any yet, I was afraid that buying one would 'overwrite' all my items). But I will keep that in mind.

I was thinking of getting one of those radio replacer mods that let you change the music on GNR to your own MP3, or even add your own station. But first I wanna know how it works, and if anyone can suggest one? (I have found a few, but don't know exactly what they do and so I am hesitant to try them)
How do I get the RTS mod to work? It just crashes after I click the start project thing.

Ipip is what i use and basically you copy 20 of your songs into the directory and then rename them track01-20
then they load when you turn to the station, I would suggest trimming down larger songs as they tend to skip alot.

New NPC? I'm guessing from the location that she's a Tenpenny Tower resident (or at least the kind of person who'd live there). One and two seem to fall between sleepy and bored. Three looks the most haughty and strong-willed, two traits often seen there. Four looks almost too fierce to suit her rich surroundings, but that raises some interesting questions, like what she's so angry about and how she found herself in Tenpenny Tower.

Not necessarily, it's just a different approach. You can find James completely by accident anyway, killing Three-Dog just trims his obnoxious, repetitive and patronising segments off GNR so you can enjoy the music more. All you miss out on is the key to a munitions stash in Hamilton's Hideaway and there's nothing in there worth getting that you can't find anywhere else.

Go to Rivet City and head for the science lab, talk to the female doctor there and she'll advance you on anyway.

Just go straight to the garage, and within that garage (forgot the name) is the vault where your dad is. Or you can just open the console, click Threedogs body, and type resurrect.

I have decided im going through this game by killing any people i have no use for =D
My game randomly minimizes when I play quite often. The problem is that I can't maximize it again. The game window turns into a thin bar at the bottom of the screen, and I can still hear the sounds.
