Did you remember to set invalidateolderfiles to 1? If you have the Fallout mod manager there should be an option on the right hand side.

ARGH FOOK2 IS ALMOST DONE INSTALLING
It's taken forever, and hopefully this one won't have any "invisible cloaks".
(If you put on the Black Robe from the first FOOK it's invisible.
The only problem I have is with actually finding items from FOOK, it's very very rarely that the enemies actually carry the weapons/armour included in it and the vendors just have needle guns.

Go to the capitol building, the Talon Mercs there should have some.
So FOOK2 makes me BSOD whenever I enter VATS. :|
I think it and another mod of mine aren't getting along, but I've tried almost everything to get it to work.

I've gotten to the beginning of Project Impurity, and it has only all but eliminated any desire to work with the Brotherhood of Steel, they are really just using you all along.
You see, you have an option not to tell Elder Lyons what happened to you involving the G.E.C.K. You say something like, "I don't have to answer to you, I don't work for you." To which Elder Lyons, to my great surprise, says, "You know what? Maybe when this is over we are going to string you from that precious purifier of yours."
It's obvious they are using you. Elder Lyons even says he didn't like you before in Broken Steel

I'd rather have the chance to be a Colonel in The Enclave (which Eden promised, but was never delivered simply because Bethesda didn't want to pay the voice actor of Eden) then be yet another Knight/Paladin in Elder Lyon's BoS (I mean, you almost single handidly saved the Wasteland, and he just gives you a standard Knighthood? Lame.)

FOOk2 is still in Beta, its a WIP, if you want to use it with other mods wait for it to be out of beta, and there are compatibility patches released.
