It does feel kinda dry. The reason I stick with Oblivion is the setting and the world, it has a lot of life and characters.
Fallout feels empty. I know it's post-apocalyptic but still.
Finally found me a good M14 mod. Bought it at Rivet city off Seagrave (I know, thats a bit odd...), Ran outside to test it annnnnnnnnnd....Sounds dont work. The sounds are there, in the folder according to the creator, but it just plain doesnt work. I raged.

The terminal has her down as someone trying to gain control of orbital strike assets left over from the war. She hired Talon Company for protection and comments that once she finds a way to fix the missile targeting problems, she won't need them any longer, so she isn't exactly loaded with good intentions.
