"So you should probably email me which sequel you want first"

Screw CSS2. I only got CSS for Gmod. I couldn't care less about it.
Portal or Ep3 would be preferred.
This is what I sent :P
Dear Mister Gabe
Why has the Valve company seen fit to suppress our thinking cycle, giving us the illusion of choice that by emailing you and telling you which sequel we want will have any effect at all on which sequel you actually make in the end, but it will be awesome either way.
Sincerely, A Concerned Citizen
1. EP3/HL3
2. Portal
...
451. CSS2
Portal 2.

Fucking brilliant.
CSS is a boring, generic, un-inventive shooter where as Portal is a creative, original and fun as all hell puzzler that shook the very foundations of the planet upon release.
Bit obvious which one needs to be made.

And obviously CS2 will be the same shit as CSS. I'm curious to see what Valve could do with CS2.
Okay, I re-iterate. If CS2 is something new and not just the repetitive generic shooter that CSS/1.6 is then sure, I'd love to see it.
However, chances of the game evolving that much are very low because the community loves it as it is.
I'd like to see Counter-Strike: Source 2 or something rather than Portal 2 actually. I mean, I loved Portal but I am curious of what they could possibly do to Counter-Strike.
Css2. It has more room for innovation and has been a cornerstone of FPS's through the years.
Cs2. Make it tf2 cartoonish please

Yes, make the 9 year olds rage and give us another funny game.
Counter-Strike>Counter-Strike 1.6(episodes)>Counter-Strike Source = Counter-Strike 2?
What's with developers and sequels
I wrote in Episode 3 as first. I don't believe I heard anything saying it was limited to Protal and css

Your classification has no sense, X>Y in what? oldness?
CS2 isn't developed yet, how could we know if it's equal or not to CSS. EQUAL IN WHAT?
Counter Strike Sauce 2 definitly
CS2, maybe we'll be able to look down the iron sights....
Pwease? :3:
CS2, portal 2 seems to be a map pack.
Portal 2 will have not enough content to warrant a full release.

Oh... In that case I apolojizz.
To those who say "Portal because CS is dumb" dont think so fast.
Think about what they did for TF going into TF2 the practically remade the game, and made it loads more fun for everyone, serious and casual people alike. They will be doing the same for CS2, sure they wont change the whole formula but they WILL change a lot of stuff for sure to keep everyone happy.
Also to people who raged reading the first line I dont dislike portal at all I love the first one with a passion and think the second one will be amazing as well, but CS2 is multiplayer and will have a most long lasting value imo. So ya, I don't really care which one comes first as long as they are all good.
Portal ofc, unless they use a new engine for CSS
I don't see how much they could improve upon Portal. At best it would pretty much be a map-pack running off the exact same engine. I'd like to see CS:S2 because it's going to have huge graphical and gameplay changes. It'll be something fresh.
In before somebody quotes me and says NO without saying why
