Nilus is an overemotional fucktard. I spent forever double checking all of the measurements of the castle on Venn's server and then started finishing the wall and tower. Then Nilus joined and flipped a shit because, according to him, it was "all wrong" so he started deleting the whole thing even though I was fucking positive that it was exactly the same as the other tower. Everyone else on the server was telling him to stop overreacting but he wouldn't have any of it. So I did some landscaping for him: [img]http://img24.imageshack.us/img24/4056/63630514.png[/img] In the picture you can also see the huge section of wall that I completed for him as well as part of the tower which was [b]almost done[/b] before the asshat started deleting it. Oh, and then Nilus started bitching about the big tower of dirt I made to get the screenshot even though I was already in the process of deleting it. I called him a dipshit and then he kicked me. Seriously, Venn. Why do you keep making these people OPs?

Ack. I removed the spawncage. I'm sorry, guys. I have no clue what the fuck I was thinking. Nilus is only an OP because he doesn't put up with shit. The problem being he abuses power.

Also, use g1real's much better crafted map, I'm sure it looks better. When you import it, the abscess in the ground, (I.E. the canyon), will probably be filled with something other than nothing, (like water or sand), so go to one of the tabs on the sidebar and choose Replace Selection or something or other. I could do it if needed, but every time I test a canyon it's not steep enough. It only goes for about 25-30 layers, which isn't much of a canyon.

I figured out that both my heightmap and g1real's were inverted from a canyon's likeness, creating a hump instead, so you need to inverse it. Also, the heightmap image needs to have the same dimensions as the map, (256x256, 512x512, etc.). I used g1real's heightmap, and it does look nice from the top, but I'm a little dubious of the sides, as from the side view it looks like a mess. I am still sad the spectator are turned out to be useless. And also the "Glass Spiral" didn't had the effect i hoped for. =/ Still, next time i think i will build one twice as big. This game is fun. I still think it needs some furnitures though, the rooms in the castles looks so empty.
