Because that is how it is. I won't re-raffle again though. The thing with gigastor is that he WAS online on Steam AND facepunch AFTER he won and he didn't answer my PM's. I didn't really know what to do so I just re-raffled it. As long as the winner contacts me before i announce the next I won't re-raffle. So IF you win you have a whooping 24-hour period to check it.
