How long is an average dwarven lifespan? Most of my dwarves are between 80-90 years old, weak and feebleminded.

150 years, I believe the original mountainhomes just kick out their old, frail, and sick and call it an, "Embark group."

They don't spar anymore, they train by themselves. Also change minimal dwarf number to 2 for each month.

Did you set the barracks to be trained in and assign the barracks to that squad?

Now I did and they still won't go.

Do I have to give them a chest with their equipment or will they just go get it?
Also do I have to set them to use the wooden weapons for training or will they automatically do it?

How? There are 3 bodies on graveyard all dwarfs. Shitload of dead cats and dogs but he doesn't want them.

Unless you want a well floating in mid air, i wouldn't attempt to put it in Open Space.

Open space is nothing. A tile on which nothing rests or resides in.
Just tunnel a hole in the roof of the water container room and put the well on it. It won't fall.
