I love the way goblins use all kinds of mounts now.

It seems a lot of creatures have attacks that just seem to glance most of the time.

We should have a contest to find forgotten beasts that look like certain creatures from books/movies.

Skeletal elephants, on the other hand.. I put several grand master swordsdwarfs/dodgers/fighters against two of them and they suffered heavy losses, one of them even got flung into a wall and died from the collision.

I showed my brother what Dwarf Fortress is and got him into it, the first animal he killed was an elephant, his macedwarf bludgeoned its skull, the skull caved in and tore its brain apart. His macedwarf then bludgeoned a cougar and the mace got stuck in its brain, then he twisted the mace out of its brain. I shed a tear of pride.

I just looked in my meat list and there are "unknown frozen creature substance chops" in it. :raise: I also remembered you could use the manager in the job list to tell your dwarves to make a certain numbers of things... that makes bedrooms a lot easier to make...
