The fact is that not many people know Entropia, it needs the media to get spread around.

The game is free but to most people, the free part is boring, and a lot of people are put off by the real cash economy. You could go: Hey this game has a real cash economy, and you can actually make money off it! They would be interested, but then you go: Well, it is pretty hard to get up to the level, and you need to invest a bit to get there. I think that's what put most people off, though we should really try to spread the game, as the more people in the game, the better for the economy, and more people to interact with. The community is also very helpful, we could maybe try to do some promoting videos sometime :v: I can see it, mr burrito flying his chopper spinning in circles going: soisoisoisoisoi over the mic.

We can do it we just gotta have someone healing, and if everyone else use Isis cb5/opalo we should be able to manage if we have ~5-6 people shooting, + me healing

I guess I'll drop $10 and try not to fuck it up, this game really does look pretty neat.

Fuck yeah I would be all for making some promotion videos and try to spread then around. Funny ones, serious one, gameplay ones. Because well frankly I was kind of thinking along the lines of Contag that Mindark is failing. Plus it would be really fun to make.

We should all go and party or some shit and put it on youtube to show how fun it could be with friends and show how nice the community is.

This game needs more love. Someone post a thread on Something Awful, I guarantee that a swarm of new players will join.

Someone was nice enough to fly me half way across the map to bring me to a good sweat camp, this game has one of the nicest communities.

This games needs new players for sure, but hopefully as mature as the people that's already in. But the real cash economy is the drawback of this game, not everyone can afford it and not quite interested, if only they made this game a little more newbie friendly like a small free area where you can do a couple of things for free but nothing would have any value in the real game market, or something like that. Maybe better quests? The ones in this game are pretty stupid and boring. More stuff to do? I've no idea but it could use something along those lines Also fuck TPs :(

I wish that when we start out we get some free spending points to get some beginner gear so we don't have to sweat all the time but make the spending points not able to convert into dollars.
