I'm still not sure if I want to try hunting or try mining. Mining seems difficult, you have to be so meticulous.
Mining is more boring (in my opinion) but there's a bigger chance of breaking even or profiting.
Would anyone like to add me on steam so I can pester them with random questions all the time? :v:
Mining is more boring (in my opinion) but there's a bigger chance of breaking even or profiting.
After asking around a bit I heard that the way to go is trading. Buying resources in the auction when they're under the TT value and reselling them. It's hard though cause people sit at the auction and grab stuff before I do.
It's very time-consuming, and you need to know how to trade well/predict markup e.t.c. to make any large profit. But yeah, it's pretty much the safest way to go in EU, aside from sweating. [editline]1st September 2011[/editline] Woo, another great exa hunt, 180% profit :)
!!! [editline]1st September 2011[/editline] Value after markup: 46.6 PED
So i have around .60 ped, and ima take up mining. Only thing i need to buy is some bombs, no biggie. Now where exactly should be best place to drop some bombs? Im new and im sitting in at the port and hte only other place i can teleport is to twin peaks. Help?
If you only have 60 PED you should go for enmatter mining as you get more probes that way. Check this thread: http://www.planetcalypsoforum.com/forums/showthread.php?102363-Mining-Depths-Data-Ores-Enmatters-Finders to see what enmatters or ores your finder can find, and then see where you can find those resources in this map: http://www.thedisturbedones.co.uk/mining/eudoria-v3-0.htm
500 rifle get Now someone tell me where the popular sweating is nowadays :v: [editline]4th September 2011[/editline] Also skilling up has really slowed down once I passed 450 rifle. Should I switch away from the opalo?

I don't really know about Nea's Place though, never actually went there.
The picture I posted before with the 200+ mobs is nea's place, so... yeah [editline]4th September 2011[/editline] thanks!
Yeah Limnadian district is where it's at add me on steam: Xavith and I'll give you a lift there if I've got the time. You might also want to check out the breer M1a, what you want to look at is the Skill Increase Bonus in the detailed information part of the weapon, if it says: Skill increase for Damage: Yes, or Not yet, it means you get a bonus skill increase or you will soon do so(you can monitor this by checking the percentage next to the Skill increase bonus).
I still have a skill increase for the opalo though, that's what's odd
Entropia keeps sending me emails about my inactivity, like "plz come back, click here if u forgot ur password lol" The second they actually send me my money, i'm adding their domain to my email ignore list.
They send you money so you can come back?
They send you money so you can come back?
No they send me the money i withdrew from my entropia account.
Well, i sold everything i had, but i need at least 1000 ped to transfert it to cash, fucking rip off.
Got myself a full Vigilante set If any of you're still playing maybe wanna go do some drone hunting some day? Maybe some atrox, it would also be preferred if you had some low-mid caliber weapons ie 20ish dmg 40+ attacks/min I also don't mind doing a bit low level hunting with opalo/cb5 or something similar :v:
Oh hello there Doesn't appear to sell on the market though... any idea how much this is worth? Hopefully not just TT. [editline]1st October 2011[/editline] And I got another one!

This game looks really interesting. I'll have to give it a try.
I'm tempted to give this a go. I just bought eve but I've lost my favour for it already and have money to blow so.
I played it yesterday and did the tutorial. What planet should I go to? I can't quite decide. Oh, and the game didn't run incredibly well. I assume it was because of the background downloads.
1. Planet Calypso is the one most starter friendly and the #1 populated planet, so starting there is pretty nice. 2. Probably because of background downloads yeah.
Alright thanks, I'm likely to give it a go in an hour or something.
Was trying to shoot a monster when a snable-snot male mature spawned in front of me! Blammo! :v:
Still waiting on my money, mindark. Also, they take a 700 PED fee if theres even the slightest problem transferring the money. They also take 2 months + before they transfer it.
